The flexibility we offer varies according to the model you prefer. A public cloud offers the highest level of flexibility. At any point in time, you can expand or reduce your environment.
With a private cloud, we deliver an architecture that allows for growth. Lowering capacity below starting levels is difficult at that point, because the environment is dedicated. Expanding capacity is done far less flexibly as with a public cloud, because physical machines have to be added. Flexibility is at its lowest when you choose dedicated servers. Here, increasing capacity requires manual addition of resources, like e.g. memory cards or hard disks, to the machines in the data centre.
